So this bag turned out just the way I wanted it to! It is 17"x13" it can hold 15lbs easily! I used a braided ribbon yarn around the top and as the handle. I also did some stitching on the bag, around the green in the front and around the stars on the back.
I used clear plastic for this bag, from bags and a drop cloth from Kim!
