Well here it is, the Alligator Cake. This was SO easy! Thanks to the book Hello Cupcake!
A new favorite book and at the top of my Christmas list. I borrowed this book from Vanessa.
I forgot to take pictures of it set up at the party but thankfully JR was there and took some with her camera.
