These are the trees across the street. You can hear pops and bangs and see branches falling all over.
The ice is pretty thick and it is still coming down as rain but freezing right away.
So what do you do with two boys without electricity for 7 hours...
Well we did a little sledding on the iced driveway, but we didn't stay out long b/c of the rain. Tomorrow we are suppose to get snow so hopefully we will be able to sled more.
After all the painting, playing games, and playing with play dough is done you bring the bikes in the house and watch them race!

If the power goes out again, we are planning on pitching the tent in the living room and all sleeping there with the fireplace keeping us warm.

The pictures are pretty, but oh man, that's a lot of ice. Hope you thaw out soon. :)
My mom said the trees are snapping at her house too...she doesn't even want to sleep in her room because of the huge tree outside her window!...Try to stay safe and warm!!!
