Happy New Year

Happy New Year's Eve!

Steven and I are very excited about tonight. It is our first time to have a babysitter on New Year's since William was born! We are heading over to the Hamiltons for a party!

We hope all you have a wonderful New Year and that all of your resolutions come true ;o)

One of mine is to keep up with the blog! I hope to make it a full year! And I want to be better at recycling and taking care of the enviroment so it will be just as nice or even better for my boys and someday my grandchildren.

Here is a quick review of our year:
2007 started out will me going to New York City with my sisters, mom, Sloan and her friend Twyla. It was such a great trip! Lots of walking! It was also my first plane ride. We also got new carpet in the house which is so great. And Andrew turned 1.

We spent a lot of the summer at Jeff and Vanessa's house, in the pool and at my parent's house, down on the dock. William learned how to swim without his life jacket and was a great fish! We got to meet Dylan in July. We also took a trip to Iowa to see family. The boys got to see cows up close, ride a horse, see farm equipment and visit the Ice Cream Capital of the World! We also ate a lot of corn, which we loved!

In the fall we got to see our favorite train Thomas. William and Andrew were both very excited. When they saw him for the first time, they ran as fast as they could yelling 'It's Thomas'! That made the whole trip worth it! We also had a very exciting 4 year birthday party for William. I have no idea how I am going to top that next year! You can look at the pictures listed under November. William also joined Worship and Arts Preschool and is very excited about all the singing. For Thanksgiving we went to Bartlesville and we got to stay home for Christmas this year. We haven't had out first snow yet, but we really want it to, and we already have a sled!

That is a very quick review! This next year will be very exciting. Andrew will be turning 2 soon and he is already talking a lot, I can't wait to see how both of them will grow and change.
