Other people's trash

We were coming home from the store Friday morning and this was out with the trash a few driveways up. It had a canopy that was torn but other then that, perfect working condition. So, I carried it home, it was too big to fit in the car. Only 3 people drove by while I was carrying it down the street so not all my neighbors know I am crazy, yet...
